Um, holy shit Mesogog.

Seriously, that's one scary motherfucker. I'd argue he's just as frightening-looking as Lord Zedd, if not more so, and his mannerisms are certainly creepier. I know I've mentioned this a couple of times, but there were definitely some sketchy sexual undertones in his behavior towards Elsa. Combined with the fact that he's actually Anton Mercer, and the transformations back and forth would have made me cry as a little kid, Mesogog is officially my top villain. (You've gotta give props when a Power Rangers villain actually manages to be scary.)
Runner-up: Divatox.

I. Fucking. Love. Her. She's so ridiculous. The actress was clearly having fun with the role - after all, what could be funner than prancing around in a skimpy costume and getting to yell at people at the top of your lungs? Overall, a very entertaining character.
10-Favorite redeemed villain
It's a tie between Ecliptor and Diabolico.

Ecliptor and Diabolico were both completely shafted in, respectively, Space and Lightspeed. They both turned out to be more loyal to their companions (Astronema, Loki) than the cause of evil, but unfortunately they were never quite able to rise above their evil opponents. Ecliptor always got his ass kicked by Darkonda, and Diabolico almost always lost to Olympius. The two of them were also brainwashed back into being evil after showing signs of turning good again. However, it appears that only Diabolico was able to redeem himself again, because he was able to help the Rangers in the finale whereas Ecliptor was decimated by Zordon's wave. =( Which really sucked, and didn't actually make sense - if Astronema was able to survive, then how come Ecliptor wasn't? They were both being controlled and not actually evil.
Runner-up: Tenaya.

I pretty much just put her in because she's hot, not because I was particularly moved by her redemption.
11-Favorite villain henchmen
The Putty Patrol!

Haha, like any of the other henchmen are even remotely as memorable. But oh man, these Putties were so versatile! They danced, they played football, they were background rappers, they could transform into pretty much anyone... ah, fond memories. ♥
12-Favorite villain sidekick
Jindrax and Toxica, also known as pretty much the only bearable parts of Wild Force.

Seriously, these two are adorable. ♥ So incompetent, and yet so determined! And they pretty much rode off into the sunset together. =DDD
Runner-up: Camille and Flit.

Camille's crush on Jarrod was awesome. And Flit! So effing cute, with his little trousers and the microphone... d'aw.
13-Favorite Monster of the Week
Demonite, Thundercon, and Falkar from Lightspeed Rescue!

These guys were intense! They easily kicked the Rangers' asses, and required several episodes (if I recall correctly) to finally defeat. The Rangers were really thrown off their game, and had to think outside of the box in order to simply survive until the next battle. Combined with Ryan's cobra tattoo, this was one of the better arcs in Lightspeed Rescue. Also, Falkar has a really distinct voice.
Runner-up: Notacon.

Remember this guy? He's the cutie mutant who didn't want to hurt people, resulting in Trip having to defend him from Eric. Also, Eric shows his real colors at the end of the episode and helps the Rangers. =DDD

The putties just can't be beat, re-watching Zeo I just find the cogs to be boring.

The Cogs did have their interesting moments (like from the episode where Rocky was trying to ask that girl out, when they were trying to attack the Rangers in paddleboats and go-carts), but overall the Putties were definitely more fun. =P
