Here's one last quote from my history class.

PLEASE NOTE: With the exception of my teacher and the student whose name I don't remember, everyone in this conversation is Jewish.

Teacher: [talking about mass burials during the Black Death] Apparently they're now building condos over that property...
Student: Wait, so, people are going to live over all these dead bodies?
Teacher: *shrugs* Yeah.
Matt: So, like, hundreds of years from now, people are going to be building condos over concentration camps?
Teacher: Yeah, "Auschwitz Condominiums."
Matt: "It's living history!"
Jordan: "We've got the best furnace system in the world!"
Teacher: ...Now, that's something I can't say without getting fired.

Haha, omg, it was so awful, but it was so hilarious.

In other news, I finally finished watching In Bruges. Highly recommended, although it's a little bloody towards the end (a la The Departed). It was actually part comedy, but it was one of those dark comedies, so the humor wasn't tacky.

Meanwhile, I'm still in school (four more days!), and still studying for finals. I just had my history test today, which thankfully gets the hardest exam out of the way, but I'm way behind on studying for the others. =( Which is, of course, why I'm procrastinating by writing this journal entry.

I asked my history teacher for a college recommendation... which means that as soon as the summer starts, I have to get my act together and seriously start thinking about where I'm applying and all that jazz. Ugh.
