Church of England is racist?

According to a recent study, the Church of England is 'racist'.

"Parish clergy are part of the problem," the newspaper quoted the Rev. Rose Hudson-Wilkin, the chair of the committee that produced the report, as saying. "Whether consciously or unconsciously, they are not encouraging black people who are in their churches to come forward.

*facepalm* Can society please accept the fact that just because an institution has less minority leaders than others, they're not automatically racist?

I hate political correctness.

That really bothers me. Like, what if you happen to be a better qualified student than a minority student? Why should they deserve to get in just because of their race? That's backwards racism, if you ask me. I'm so sorry that happened to you! =(
