Okay, so I saw Harry Potter on Saturday.

My reaction?

KSJG;SJG;LFDKH'FDKHFBJSDGF

Omg, so, beginning, LOVED the music. It reminded me of some Star Wars/Imperial March stuff, I don't know why. Doesn't it seem like an army could be marching along to it? Yes? No? Hm... anyhow. Hee, Barty Crouch. Poor Frank. :( Sucks to be him!

Didn't really pay much attention to it, as I was looking for Viktor and Cedric. :P

Anyhow, I'm glad we skipped the Durleys', they're boring. Hee, poor Ron. *walkwalkwalk* OMG CEDRIC AND THE TREE. INSPIRED. BRILLIANT. AIJ;JGSDJGD;FKHGDFHD I ♥ YOU CEDRIC/ROBERT. YOU WIN ON CRACK.

The Portkey was alright... BUT OMG CEDRIC FLOATED DOWN FROM HEAVEN. *IZDED*

I loved the Quidditch World Cup stuff. =D The tent was hot. Harry's reaction ("I love magic") = WIN. OMGOMGOMG. VIKTOR KRUM. YOU WIN AT LIFE CAN I HAVE YOUR AUTOGRAPH? KTHNXBAI.

OH, AND THE BULGARIANS HAVE BETTER MUSIC THAN THE IRISH, SO STFU WHO CARES IF THEY DIDN'T WIN.

Hee, Fred and George dancing. *joins*

The scene where everyone's running was okay, but I didn't really like how at the end, no one was around to see the Dark Mark being cast. I kind of wanted that "the surrounding woods erupted in screams" thing that Rowling wrote about in the book. But Barty Crouch's walk was funny. *kicks tent* *kicks wood* *kicks metal* *kicks your mom* *casts spell*

Yay, Hogwarts train. Haha, Katie Leung. :P

I love the Beauxbatons carriage. The girls' entrance was okay, but it was really funny how the guys were all like JAS;LFJS;GJGNDLKFJ WE LUV U and the girls were all like >_< *facepalm*. Hehe. But MADAME MAXIME WAS THE UGLIEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. UGH. *vomits*

AJF;SJG;LSDJGD DURMSTRANG WHEN CAN I TRANSFER TO YOUR SCHOOL?!?!?!?! IT DOESN'T GET ANY COOLER THAN THOSE SPARKING STAFFS, DOES IT?! NO! WAIT... BUT VIKTOR KRUM! AKFS;JG;SJGFD;KJHFDK*DED*

Didn't really like Viktor's coat/cane thing, though, he looked like a pimp.

Hee, putting the names in, Cedric = win; loved:

Krum: *puts name in Goblet*
Hermione: *watches*
Krum: *looks at Hermione*
Music: *love theme*
Hermione: *looks at Krum*
Ron: >_< >:| v__v

Muahaha.

Didn't really like Fred and George wrestling with each other. It wasn't very funny.

I thought the drawing of the names was a little anticlimatic, and I wish we could have seen the other champions' faces when they found out that Harry was supposed to compete. Oh well.

Hee, "piss off." Poor Ron, sucks to be you.

And poor Hermione. Being the messenger sucks, doesn't it? "I'm not an owl!" Lol, adolescents.

Moving on, omgwtf dragons. Not so special after seeing LOTR, SW (Prequels) and HP(1-3). EW HAGRID AND MADAME MAXIME. THAT IS THE MOST DISGUSTING PAIRING EVER. THEY TOTALLY RUINED HER. SHE'S SO UGLY.

EW, Sirius. First of all, I hate movie!Sirius, and second of all, that was the stupidest CGI effect I've ever seen. *die*

Anyhow. LOL CEDRIC AND HIS HUFFLEPUFF HAREM. I love how he's so popular. :DDD Please take a moment to observe this picspam, kthnx.

The ferret scene wasn't very funny. It was more like slap-stick humor. :/ I still don't like Moody. Too bad Malfoy didn't have a bigger part. *sob*

LOL Harry/Hermione. That was so funny. "Oh, young love!" HEE, Viktor. "You haff no bizness here. Leave." =D *iz ded from hotness overload* Loved how everyone was going CEDRIC CEDRIC. I wish we could have seen the other champions leave the tent.

OMG, that shot of the Horntail on top of one of the towers was amazing. It reminded me of the part in The Two Towers where Gandalf kills the Balrog and it falls onto a lower part of the mountain. Emma Watson, once again, did a great job with Hermione's character in that scene. She looked wicked scared for Harry. Heh, I think I would have died if I had been hanging off the building... but not Harry, cause then there wouldn't be a plot! Yay.

OMG VIKTOR GETTNG CHASED ACROSS THE BEACH BY FANGIRLS WAS THE BEST MOMENT IN CINEMA HISTORY KTHNX.

Lol, the Yule Ball. The music was awesome. The Weird Sisters = &heart; *is now a groupie* Hee, mosh pit. That wasn't Professor Flitwick, was it? Cause what happened to his grey hair?

EW HAGRID/MADAME MAXIME. >_<

LOL at all the girls crying at the end. Brings back memories of middle school. I felt so bad for Hermione, though. She and Viktor looked so cute together, and then Ron had to go and ruin everything. Could I possibly rave any more about how much Emma Watson's improved? She was amazing. :( Poor, poor Hermione.

OMG THAT HARRY/MYRTLE SCENE WAS THIS CLOSE TO BEING OVERBOARD. Like, seriously, woah. I was getting really creeped out by Myrtle ducking underwater to check him out. I can't believe they put that there. Ugh. *vomits*

SECOND TASK OMG. Wow. LOL at Neville. "I just killed Harry Potter!" Ugh, Hermione/Ron/Cho/Gabrielle were so creepy in the water! It was like, *BOOM* and there they were, like dead people from a horror movie or something. *shudders* Very sketch. Haha, shark!Viktor. Wtf was up with those octupus things? They couldn't have been grindylows, but still.

Hee, love Cedric and his Hufflepuff Harem. kthnx.

Yay, Barty Crouch is dead! Don't think anyone who's never read the books before would understand why that's important, but oh well.

The Pensieve stuff was pretty interesting. It was really shiny. *wants it* Loved the Barty Crouch stuff. They made him more evil here than in the book, but it worked.

THIRD TASK. LIEK WOAH. The maze is so cool! When Amos was hugging Cedric I was like, "NO CEDRIC DON'T GO!" Clemence Poesy did a great job with Fleur freaking out. It seemed so real to me. The maze was wicked creepy, though. I can definitely imagine myself losing my mind, lol. Especially when they zoomed out to show just how big it was. LOL, Moody pointing at Harry. Dumbledore looked rather suspicious...

Harry going back to save Cedric was so heartbreaking... I was like, "Why must you torment us?! *sobs*" Well, I actually didn't sob, but yeah.

Portkey, yay, graveyard. Me: *dread* When Harry was yelling at Cedric to get the cup, my friend [livejournal.com profile] llamallicious was all like, "DO IT! DO IT!" And then Voldemort... "Kill the spare" BOOM CEDRIC DIE.

Fangirls: *anguish*

Jeez, thanks to all those crack!Robert Pattinson photos going around, I've really started to like Cedric a lot more than I thought I would. *woe*

Anyhow, ew, Voldemort. He did not look like how I pictured him at all. I pictured him looking exactly like Tom Riddle, only older and more evil. I mean, I know Rowling had him with a flat nose and all those snake features, but I definitely thought he'd look more human. He seemed kind of... laughable to me. I don't know. I wasn't really happy with it.

OMG OMG OMG LUCIUS. He looks EXACTLY like Haldir. OMG OMG OMG. MAJOR LOTR MOMENT THERE. "THIS IS MY TRUE MASK" KSJFDSJGKSDJG;DFKJHFDKH. *iz ded*

Another noteworthy point is Voldemort putting his foot on Cedric. Ouch. Very, very cold. Loved Harry standing up for him.

Eh, the duel was okay, kind of weird, but whatever. When they got out of the maze... Wow. I cannot believe how amazing the acting was. For once, Daniel Radcliffe did a good job. Poor Amos! What a horrible scene. And by horrible, I mean heart-wrenching. [livejournal.com profile] llamallicious was crying next to me. :(

Scene with Moody... a little sketch. Loved how he was running out of Polyjuice Potion. Hee. Didn't really think much of the confrontation scene; it wasn't that great, it wasn't that bad.

Aw, the farewell feast. :((( I think this was where [livejournal.com profile] captain_lanie lost it; and of course, [livejournal.com profile] llamallicious was still crying. If I wasn't an insensitive jerk, I'd be sobbing too. I wish Dumbledore had given the other speech about, "Remember Cedric Diggory. When the time comes and you are faced with a choice between what is right and what is easy, remember what happened to a good boy just because he strayed across the path of Voldemort." But I was kind of disappointed at the lukewarm reaction to Dumbledore's announcement concerning the return of Voldemort. There were a few whispers, but nothing major. No Cho crying. No people freaking out and panicking. :/ It could have been done better, I suppose.

Did anyone notice that when they panned up to the ceiling, it was just a regular ceiling?

The ending scene was touching. Viktor/Hermione =D So cute! It was nice how they showed how Durmstrang and Beauxbatons had made friends with everyone. It was so depressing when they were all flying away. And Hermione: "Everything's going to change now, isn't it?" A little chilling, I think.

But then it ended and I was like, "NO!"

All in all, it was definitely the best movie out of all of them. *wants it and the soundtrack*

DSALFGJDS;GJ;DFHSKFJDS;G I AM ON SUCH A HARRY POTTER HIGH.
